✦ Permissions/Copyright
- Any commissions by me can be used as profile pictures, uploaded to any social media as long as I am properly credited.
- Training AI off my art is prohibited in any shape or form. Using it for AI content of any kind results in blacklisting. Same goes for NFTs.
- I am allowed to post commissions to my social medias and use them as examples. If you would like yours to not be posted, let me know before the finished work is done.
- My art can be turned into personal merch, but not for commercial use. Commercial usage requires fee, that is discussed in private, depending on the volume of the case.✦ Refunds and deadlines
- During the commissions process, I will ask for payment after a finalized sketch.
- Sketch can be altered freely, but any stage after it only minimally. Greater changes will get charged extra.
- My usual time on a commission varies from a few days to 1-2 months, depending on complexity and my free time. During this time, you are free to request a work-in-progress picture anytime, or ask about how the commissions is doing.
- Refunds happen if I cannot finish the commission or customer has to cancel. I will refund the amount, that is equal to the worth of the leftover stages (ex. If I reach sketching only, I keep the money worth the sketch.).✦ Process
Please provide a description and a clear reference sheet, as vague or as detailed as you'd like - but please note, If you give very little information, the artwork's specific aspects may be up to my interpretation.✦ Designs and customs
- Commission terms apply to customs as well.
- Off-species designs of mine can be altered in any ways, but all versions must be sold together.
- A Toyhouse page is mandatory for all my designs.
- For my closed species designs [ex. Constellions] please follow the redesign rules of the species.
- If you'd like to use one of my designs as part of a species, please contact me and ask for permission.
- Feel free to add additional credit for your redesign.With commissioning me or purchasing my adopts, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. Violating them will place you on a blacklist.
